They are located in the Huerto de Las Monjas, specifically in the urban area, under an extension of approximately 3,000 m2.

This deposit appeared after moving the lands produced on the site to build a new building.

In 1983 new excavation campaigns were carried out under the Provincial Archeology Plan to consolidate and restore the fencing, the thermal baths, etc. At present, this place is intended for tourist use since it has an Annex Interpretation Center, where you can discover the uses of this type of construction in Roman times.

The hot springs were attractive sites for the Romans, very preferred over other sites for meetings for people of social class.

Its structure is constituted by 3 areas of particular interest: the bases of the rooms, where the centralized heating would be added; caldarium, where the steam baths would be taken; the furnaces, that is to say, the rooms destined to generate heat through the fires.
